Make a coffee (espresso one or two shot). Pour that coffee and a cup of ice cubes into a blender and blend. Add sugar and milk to taste.

I like to make a caramel Frappuccino, similar to the ones that you would find at Starbucks. I start with a shot of espresso, a cup of milk, a dash of cream, and a little sugar. You can add more, depending on how sweet you want it. Once it is blended, I add some caramel syrup and continue to blend. Pour into a cup, top with whipped cream and drizzle with more caramel. Delicious!
