How do you get rid of skin tags?

Tie some dental floss around them tightly. (clean first with alcohol). Put a band aid over it to protect it. Should fall off in a few days.

But really my GP here will cut them off for free with a cauterizing wire.

I’ve heard of people who have used the dental floss method and had it work great for them. I however, do not dare to try these home remedies for myself so I prefer to have any work done at the doctors office by my dermatologist. I suggest you see one for a consult before making any moves on your own.
