Hi guys, I am currently working in Singapore under an Employment Pass and do not have PR. I might get a new job offer soon and would like some clarifications on two concerns below, just in case. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone could kindly help me on these.
If I switch to a new job here in Singapore, my current EP will be terminated, and the new company would need to apply for a new EP for me. I understand that the process may take 3-4 weeks.
1. What implication does this have on my current apartment rental? Do I need to inform my landlord/agent of this?
2. Am I allowed to leave Singapore and go back to my home country during this interim period?
