PR marrying SC and converting

curious in such a scenario, is there a minimum salary that is evaluated from the potential spouse in converting to sg citizenship via marriage, assuming only one partner is working?

2 Options
1. Apply with the SC as sponsor. Better to apply after atleast 2 years of marriage and yes, they will look into the sponsor's finance situation to see if he/she can continue to support you. Safe to be earning atleast 3.5-4 K i think. This is just my view, not the salary asked by ICA from the sponsor.
2. Apply based on your PR on your own. Evaluated based on your salary, etc. But Option 1 will be the easiest.
