Employment pass and 'hybrid living' questions

Hi,

Two questions:
- How many days do you actually have to be/live in Singapore when working on an Employment Pass?
- When you are not in Singapore for the other months, do you still need to have an address in Singapore?

In case anyone knows the answers, is there a written source (MOM) leading to this info? I'm not able to find it.

What are you exactly trying to acheive. You are allowed for some official travel on EP. But if you are outside for too long, then why will you need a EP here? Also you may need to pay tax in both the countries?
