Would you rent or buy a property via virtual viewing?
Would you rent or buy a property via virtual viewing?

For a known quality project I can see this happening. For a HDB also can as most people in Singapore know the sizes quite well from being in them. For unknown projects it may be harder.

For me, rentals are highly possible to rent thru virtual viewings.

Even with condo show flats, developers have tricks up their sleeves: you'll never see any doors, lots of mirrors on the walls and, my favorite, custom-built furniture like sofas and beds that are actually downsized to make the unit look bigger.
