Need help for LTVP Case

Hi All.

Me and my husband(SC) just applied LTVP for me on 6/6/2020. Currently I am a S pass holder, so while we submitted the application we have declared as I'm currently employed. However, due to this Covid 19's situation, my company got financial issues and may close down. So, I have a question, incase I lost my job while waiting for the outcome, will be any effect to my application? Can I update the changing with ICA during the application processing? Or if the result is approved based on my last status when I was employed however by the time we receive the result I already lost my job, should we update it to the ICA officer when we come down to ICA for document verification? And will be any changing for my application result?

If you're applying for a sponsored LTVP (via your husband) it would have replaced the S Pass anyways. I suspect ICA will know.

Yes, I heard that once you collect the LTVP, they will auto cancel the S Pass. Just wondering if any changing of my personal circumstance like employment status during the processing time, will it effect the result after this?

Hopefully the result come before my company have any update about the closing down. Or else I guess I should ask for my employer to remain my Employment status in a short while because the S pass anyway will be cancel after I can collect LTVP.

No changes. Even if your company closes down, it will not impact your LTVP application if sponsored by your spouse.
