Intra-Corporate Transferees are not that common atleast in my industry.
Please dont just read one paragraph from some document and say that is the cap, etc.

Maybe it would be a good idea if you went back and re-read Article 9.5. This whole article is dealing with Intra-Corporate Transferees. e.g., if TATA India has a local presence and wants to send it's people from the home office to their Singapore Office. Has absolutely nothing to do with the vast majority of Indians coming here looking for jobs. That article is solely for transfers between corporate offices. Your English reading comprehension need some brushing up, I'd say.

Right, thanks.
Just a few guys I know not being able to renew their EPs.
Typically has been straight forward.
And tbh, not quite clear what the reason is either.
Oh well.

Because we are in the midst of a pandemic led economic crisis? With increased unemployment rates, especially among the locals and some citizens have made their grievances heard via the ballot box?

hi, did anyone just recently got their PR approved? do ICA give you physical letter to inform you or you will see the status of the ICA website first? The letter is sent to your work company?

Letter will go to your residential address and not your company. No one here can say if the letter comes first or if the online status reflects first. It has been either one for many of us who have replied in this forum.

CookedList wrote:Ah okay! On the ICA it still shows pending but on the email, they said that they have finished processing it. I don't know what does that mean. In your case, was it accepted?
Oh okay, maybe the practice has changed. For PR, it used to show the results - Approved (even it’s AIP) or Rejected. No email, only physical letter. While for citizenship application, the system will show Processing even though AIP has been granted and will only be changed to Approved when the SC Journey programme has been completed.
I see. Anyway, I am prepared to receive a rejection. Hope I am proved wrong.
@CookedList Have you got your PR application approved?
