If the doman name remains the same, visitors should still find you. Won't affect the traffic much unless there is a change of the domain name.

I usually stay away from those web hosting company that offers prices that are too low, because..you get what you paid for.. Better to spend a lil bit more and get a peace of mind.

Nope, Godaddy is expensive if you so call claim better spend a bit more to get peace of mind??
