As both Strong Eagle and I have stated many times, it is the directors of a company that are civilally and criminally liable for all acts of the company. This is a prime example of that.

And, this liability is the reason that it is so hard/so expensive/so complicated to find a rented director these days... unscrupulous people who have taken advantage of Singapore's easy rules for the formation of a company, only to use the company for illegal acts. It is the director that pays.
