Cats allowed to roam around estates?
Cats allowed to roam around estates?
I do not quite understand why home cats are allowed to roam around estates and enter other people's homes? It's quite annoying with your neighbour's cat enters your home uninvited. What could we do?

Re: Cats allowed to roam around estates?
In HDB estates, cats are not allowed. But you have lots of cat ladies who come at night and put out food for the feral strays there. I dislike that as it creates an eyesore and we have to end up listening to the caterwauling at night as the toms corner a female for his pleasure. The sad part is that because of the human feeding, these feral cats are no longer mousers because of humans. So they don't even contribute a useful function. Crap, I've seen rats in our estate bigger than some of the cats.

How do you know they are home cats? If they really are, and this is a condo, report the issue to the management.
