Seems like it's the first time there is zero locals /PR with the covid19..

yes and you can see the ton of the news has changed. Talk of opening up the retail and F&B sectors earlier.

Let's be optimistic but also notice this is based on a single day results and it is not 0 for the community (as per MOH later update):

COVID-19: 28 May update

New cases: 373
- Imported: 0
- Cases in community: 1 (1 Work Pass holder)
- Cases residing in dormitories: 372

Of new cases, 99% are linked to known clusters, the rest are pending contact tracing

Active cases: 14,932
- in hospitals: 510 (7 in ICU)
- in community facilities: 14,422

Fatalities: 23
Total discharged: 18,294
- discharged today: 1,018

Total cases: 33,249

Today 3 so far. Ups and downs but hopefully on decline....
