Lack of activity gives you more zits?

Realised I am getting zits all over, which I don't usually get...could it be because of reduced activity and stored sugar in the body thus zits?

Maybe it's the heat and humidity? I know I sweat more now that I'm not working in an air-conditioned office

I've been getting a lot of them lately which is unusual, so maybe you are right.

Unfortunately i can't resist popping / scratching / squishing them so have ended up dalmatian-faced.

Kozizi: I have the tendency to touch the zits too. I tried the Johnson's toner by chance, and it did clear the forehead zits miraculously the next day.
