I heard buyer has been buying thru virtual viewing without physical viewing!!!

Yes, now is the trend. They cannot view physically use virtual tour to sell and buy!!

Not easy to buy thru virtual tour especially if the
property cost a few million dollars!!! Admire those who are willing to buy thru virtual view!!!
