For honest two cents, it sounds like a run-of-the-mill indian software engineer's profile, and chances are likely Low-to-very low.
The only indian people I've heard of being approved for quite a while now are those married to a locals, studied here, or have otherwise assimilated over the long term to be indistinguishable from the locals.

What is your exact job scope and duties? IT in which domain/industry? Is your son studying in a local school?

Dont take it personally, chance is going to be very low. There are enough number of business analysts from the local workforce I think.

@Singaporeflyer--Thanks a lot for your feedback.
Dont think other wise ,I am doing volunteering with various organisations in Singapore for more than 4 years and clocked around 500+ volunteering hours.
Is there any way i can mention in my application so that my profile can be improved ?
Please note that i am doing volunteering not for PR purpose. My volunteering journey keeps on going where ever I am and irrespective my status in Singapore.

i applied for PR recently so can confirm that uploading volunteering evidence is not possible on the e PR site, there simply is not an option to submit anything 'additional' apart from what they have asked for.
Soon after submitting my PR app, i had some profile/ salary changes so I emailed ICA with those details, and also sent volunteering evidences in the same email. Got a very clear response back from them saying they do not need it if they haven't asked for it, so we should refrain from sending them such stuff. So... keep on volunteering but do not bother ICA with it .

Hi kozizi, Thank you for that. We've been trying to tell people they burned the volunteering ruse a number of years ago. But yes, keep on volunteering. It could help when you apply for SGC as a history of volunteering pre- and during PR continuing may help. Also your confirmation on only submitting what they ask for. Appreciate you input here. Keep your fingers crossed for a good outcome.

May be around 20% chance unless your job scope/occupation has something special and hard to find in SG. If it is more like a manager, etc, chance will be very less

thanks for quick reply,
i am a senior manager and the scope of job is very niche in chemicals industry - it took about 3 years for my current employer to fill up this position with me. However, i am not sure this would be visible to MOM.

FWIW. newborn are given PRs as well, so those numbers for EP conversions to PR will be even less.
Historical chart above.
Throw in covid + electoral results into the mix.
