My friend's lease is up soon and she's looking to rent a fairly modern apartment next to a mall, MRT and needs to be relatively central. She's asked for my opinion, and I could only think of Bishan, Orchard and Buona Vista areas.
Any more ideas would be great!

Condos beside MRT with malls are super ex!
You may get the convenience but usually crowded and not a peaceful living environment.
