I am sorry if this has been asked before. I am currently on student pass here. Supposedly in June, I will be working and have my EP by then. The company applied for my EP in late April and my application was rejected because I wasnt able to obtain the graduation letter. Only earlier this week I received the letter and my company proceeded to appeal the decision.
How long does it usually take in this case? (Considering the covid19 situation as well)
I recently filed a police report against someone else. Does it negatively affect my application?
