Japanese Oden

Post by abbby » Sun, 24 May 2020 11:23 am

Is anyone familiar with Japanese cuisine? Where online can I get reasonably priced ingredients for oden and soup base? Besides Meidiya.

Nice if anyone can share your secret recipe to making a perfect oden. Pretty new to making Japanese food.

Probably Zairyo? Their prices look pretty reasonable. I like that they have an option to bring in ingredients that are harder to find--those are more expensive but at least the option's available if you absolutely MUST have fresh Japanese plums or something. I checked and they sell oden sets too, so that's another option if you want something fuss free :)

Try don don donki. If I’m not mistaken they even sell meal kits with everything you need to make the dish in addition to detailed instructions.
