Is anyone familiar with Japanese cuisine? Where online can I get reasonably priced ingredients for oden and soup base? Besides Meidiya.
Nice if anyone can share your secret recipe to making a perfect oden. Pretty new to making Japanese food.

Probably Zairyo? Their prices look pretty reasonable. I like that they have an option to bring in ingredients that are harder to find--those are more expensive but at least the option's available if you absolutely MUST have fresh Japanese plums or something. I checked and they sell oden sets too, so that's another option if you want something fuss free

Try don don donki. If I’m not mistaken they even sell meal kits with everything you need to make the dish in addition to detailed instructions.
