When? They say from 2nd of June starts Phase 1 and it is going to last at least 4 weeks.

No but what I do see if people "accidentally" running into each other while on essential business outside the home. Of course if investigated remember their phones can be forced open and messages and call records checked.

I thought 4 weeks was a best case scenario thing?

If things go downhill again I think we might be in phase 1 till the end of the year
