How do you go about even asking the owner or agent if his house was with a murder case..if you know that particular project had some murder case before. Especially in
condominiums I've read many stories about some murders, suicides, accidents on the papers. Just wondering, what if you had bought a house only to realise it had a murder before?

Is this a part of the ghost stories from the other topic?
I'm pretty sure those agents who are long enough in the business know such things but unlikely they are going to tell you even if asked directly.
And ultimately, what you don't know doesn't hurt you.

Different from the ghost stories, as I've visit some
condos before and they had incidences of murder in the development before, sometimes, really don't know how to ask the other party if this house was ever affected. Cos there's this rule right, if you don't ask, they are not obliged to tell?
