Brisk walk

Been seeing this elderly lady several times walking along the street pavement without a mask, she was walking not wasn't brisk walking...so, did she breach by not masking up?

I think it's relative. A slow walk for her could be the same as a brisk walk for you and I.

My parents are pretty old and they find it hard to breathe when they walk sometimes if they're walking just a tad faster than usual. Wearing masks makes their dizziness worse too. So far they're complying with the policy but I think there has to be some give and take over here...

Got stopped by a SDA east coast earlier whilst walking at 3 mph ("put on your mask").

I am old, was alone, so deemed not required.
Another person walked past (estimated speed 3.4 - 3.8 mph) I said:
"he is walking ".
" ah, yes but he is walking quicker than you". The other person heard and laughed out loud.

Let's see when we queue on public transport, let in 300,000 Malaysians, open the malls /office / bars / hotels, flights etc. whether we will take the China position "no need mask outdoors".

If you were not togged out in exercise attire, then the SDA was probably correct in admonishing you as you were probably just having a stroll to 'test the waters' much as you have been doing here. This especially so, as the elderly are told only to exercise in their own neighbourhood, not going to East Coast Park.
