LTVP Receiving attention for more then 7 weeks

Post by Simon lee » Thu, 21 May 2020 1:11 pm

Hi, My spouse long term visit pass renewal has been receiving attention for 7 weeks now as what ICA stated 6 weeks. I email them but they said some applications may require longer processing time. This is the 2nd time renew. 1 time renew was about 2 weeks when approved. Please advice. Sorry about my English. Thanks

ICA has already stated processing times, due to Covid, will be longer. You can always call them.
