And if you go - you can't get back easily. There is an "unsubstantiated" rumour that EP's will be cancelled if you leave Singapore. It's going the rounds and MOM need to come out and state if it is true or not.

Yeah my wife's school has basically threatened to blacklist teachers who leave as the school can't replace their EP's or bring in new teachers. It's close to slavery.

I guess any form from traveling is best be avoided for the time being.
