Hiring maid or nanny
Do you think is more advisable to hire a maid to take care of your child or send your child to nanny to take care?

My preference is a helper to take care of the child cos you live in the same household. And you can build the trust with the helper.

It'd definitely be more convenient to get a live-in helper, but it will probably make your child more dependent on him or her. Not to say that he/she won't forge very close ties with the nanny--it's just a matter of them spending fewer hours together. Also, it would probably be harder to have things done exactly the way you like, when you're sending the kid off to a nanny.
