Chance of Foreiner getting Entry Visa during Covid

Post by SingaporeDon » Sat, 16 May 2020 9:27 pm

ICA is not allowing foreigners to enter Singapore during the Covid circuit breaker
However they have a special application which if approved will grant entry pass and visitor's visa to foreigner children or spouses of Singapore citizens or PRs.
https://form.gov.sg/#!/5e3648e9405c180011dc5f9c

However they say such foreigner child/spouse will be allowed only in “extenuating reason”

Does anyone have first hand experience of what they mean by “extenuating reason”?

Presumably the child or spouse has no other available home/income/support or similar. Essentially someone who would be eligible for a LTVP anyways by the looks of it.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!
