VERY bad time for buying a web camera. If you want it quick, try lazada but:
1) chose a local seller
2) check the delivery time - it should be 2-6 days max. This means it's a local stock.
3) prepare to pay double price or high end camera (pricey).

Physical shops, I don't know, but are they the essential services? Maybe yes (if they sell webcams , then just go to SLS to have some critical mass of them around.... I don't think they are open.

Thanks for the suggestions. I just bought from a local Lazada seller. I think this I the best place to buy for now...

And definitely not the best time to get a webcam...

They were actually hard to find before the actual CB. I got the last one at Challenger in CSQ before they shut down.
