Property transactions dropped so little?

Post by abbby » Thu, 14 May 2020 10:07 pm

With such a long CB, I was expecting the property transactions to fall to 90%, but read that it only fell 30+%?

Hmmm..

I think these are the transactions that were just finalized but started before COVID19. We will need to see the next month's statistics to see if the trend is deteriorating.

Ya, I am surprised on the number of property transactions in the month of April. Technically during this lockdown, transaction volume should go down at least 80 - 90%!

Cannot imagine buying a property without any viewing.
