Fact:
2 pm, 11 May 2020; Bugis.
2 ambassadors (I use the term loosely) were approached by me.
Hey, that guy is not wearing mask, in fact does even have one on him. He has been sitting there for 30 min +. You both just walked past him".
Ambassador reply: "if it is necessary then you may eat/drink in the street".
(He was not eating though he had empty pack nearby).
Next street saw 3 men having very long cigarette break, no mask.
Any thoughts on the law?

Re: You may eat, drink & sit down in the street (Covid-19)
Loosely applied. I can see why a few of those guys have been attacked (not condoning it but my own experience with them has been that they are harassing people on their view of the law and don't carry written criteria they can point to).
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
