IMO yes but it's a grey area and the
condo security may not let you in or worse call the cops. As I understand it only the registered occupants of a home/apartment are meant to be in it during the CB. Saying that I am holding a friends keys for him - the idea being if that he cannot get back I will let in movers (which is legal) to pack his stuff.
I think what you're trying to do is to bed down in someone's unoccupied place - you need to have your name listed as an occupier on the lease and change your IC to suit.
