I realised in times like this when we stay home so much, it is so easy to indulge and eat whatever you want, with no exercise and only to realise the weight gain.
I have purposefully started to remind myself a few things that:
1. I shall no eat if I am not hungry.
2. No sweet drinks ice blended drinks, go for a sugarless homemade dalgona coffee.
3. Delete food apps, or stay away from it (at least).
4. Eat food that are only worth your calories.
Anyone else has good tips to share for weight loss?

Intermittent fasting does it for me! I realised that WFH is helping me a great deal with staying on track since I no longer need to worry about colleagues overhearing my growling stomach whenever I skip breakfast.
