Myself a born 2nd GenPR, Not liable for NS as moved out of country before 14. My dad didn’t take CPF back. Currently none of my family mates are PR.

Single
Salary : 36k/annum (basic) + good allowance
Edu: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (India)
Job: Software Engineer
Pass: S pass (almost 2 years)
Overall stay in Singapore - 9+ years

You have a low chance i believe as your nationality is not preferred and you are a male former PR whose family renounced just before you were NS liable.
