What do you think? Since they are slowly opening up businesses, I think that's a bit of a good news?

Life restrictions will not end until we have either (a) herd immunity or (b) vaccine. Lock-down measures merely prolongs achieving the former (a).

After the Circuit breaker and if incoming visitors should do a 3 weeks quarantine? That should be rather safe?
