They are now on a 28 day (14+14) stay-at-home notice.
Are these "homes" regulated? Do you think it matters / impacts spread of COVID?

I think the high numbers speak for themselves. There are still migrant workers living in smaller dorms, and some who are continuing to work as their jobs come under 'essential services', and I think these factors are all contributing to the continued rise in cases. Certainly, an extension of the SHN could do some good, but I doubt it's enough.

they're not dorms, they are temporary homes on construction sites

Yes - I see them around me. I'd rather they were there than stuffed into dorms. Physical distancing is very important to stop the spread.

They are "stuffed" into site accommodation that is not regulated.
