Yes, just had a short walk this morning and saw a number of them doing nothing exhausting and with no masks on. These people just care about not being fined and nothing else and that's why there should be no exemptions from wearing the masks while in public.
Absolutely - I'm under no illusion that the government will ease mask wearing whatsoever anytime soon, for the exact reasons you mention.
