Will DP IPA get approved if already having EP IPA??

I am DP holder and My husband is EP holder. One day back my husband applied and got a new EP IPA as he will switch company in july month. meanwhile I also got a new EP IPA applied from a employer but they are delaying my joining. My question is can my husband apply for a new DP IPA now for me ? Can i hold both EP IPA and DP IPA at the same time?

Very unlikely you can hold two IPA at the same time.
