If not then at what/which location?

It is not practical to mandate all travellers a 14-day stay-at-home notice or such like (do you agree?).

1. Countries that have zero infections at all for xx days (like NZ and maybe Oz) will open up between those countries. They won't open borders yet to others.

2. The rest will insist on SHN for some time I think.

3. As time goes on and as the virus mutates to a lower level infection travel will resume but in general I don't think immunity passports will happen as re-infection appears to be a problem.

No vaccine will ever come in our lifetimes (not a 100% effective one but a lot of none pharma interventions, symptomatic medication, faster tests and maybe rapid antibody tests etc will come along).

If you're stuck in Singapore realistically for a few more months your only option maybe a humanitarian flight home.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!
