Will LOC get Approved If EP validity left for 5 months?

Hi

My employer applied for LOC as i am DP holder. but my husband's current EP validity left for 5 months.
Meanwhile my husband got his new IPA for EP from a new employer as he will switch his company.He will Join new company in July.

In that case will MOM approve my LOC?

I think initially you will get LOC for < = 5 months.

When his new EP is issued, you have to re-apply for LOC again
