3 charged for breaching stay home notices

Were they all 3 charged because the officers called them but they either did not answer?

They not only didn't answer but when they didn't answer the diseases detectives pulled their location data.... and POW - caught them. If you go out don't take phone w y ou.

Enterprising but stupid. He should have known even airsoft guns are illegal in Singapore. Can be fatal when the pellets hit a person.
