My long term visit pass is expiring in 2 days. I have applied for a renewal of it last month but have yet to receive a reply. So I need to apply for an extension of stay, but I can't apply for a short-term visit pass online and can't go to the ICA building now because of the COVID-19. I have tried to request for a visit earlier through the urgent request form but it was not approved. HOW?
