More expats are breaking lease

For the last 3 weeks, I have been seeing more expats breaking leases due to the Covid19 situation...

I hope they've got clauses that allow them to get out but honestly I can't blame them. I wonder how bad the RE market will drop.

Come across this. Quite interesting, had exact number of PRs granted citizenship for past 3 yrs and the quote is est 83% of yearly citizenship...
