Applying for EP / PR with Littering Offence

Hi guys, I am a Malaysian & have studied in Singapore since secondary sch -> JC -> uni. Picked up smoking along the way, and got caught twice for littering offence, second time had to go to court (got served fine & CWO). Stupid mistake I know, trying to quit since then. Anyways, im starting work soon (July 2020), and wanted to ask if you guys know if I need to declare such offence in my EP application & will MoM potentially reject EP application cuz of this littering offence. Thinking of applying for PR in the future as well, wanted to ask if you guys know if my EP / PR application will be potentially rejected cuz of this littering offence? Thanks guys.

EP, probably not. Subsequently, 2 or 3 years down the road, PR application, provided you keep your nose clean, will probably succeed. I am assuming you are Malaysian Chinese?
