1. I just married to my wife(China) who is holding WP does I need to apply Long term pass for her ?
2. Will it be super difficult for me to apply PR for her?

I reckon you are either Singapore Citizen or PR? If yes, did you seek MOM’s approval to marry her?

You may need to wait for at least 2 years before sponsoring her for PR.

I am Singapore citizen , yes we have mom approval for marriage , just wondering do I need to apply Long term pass for her

Technically, your spouse can stay here on WP as long as she has the job.

You may apply LTVP for her and she can work in Singapore with a Letter of Consent (LOC). However, she cannot apply this on her own. She will need to find an employer who will offer her a job and apply for the LOC. Also note that LTVP is subject to renewal.
