Living in Townerville conservation Townhouse

I am planning to move to Townerville conservation townhouse at Towner Rd. Could anyone tell me whether it is a good area to live.

yes..there's one issue..

We've been there for 18 months and can definitely recommend the place.

The main drawback is that it's a little way out from a decent shopping centre (although the basics can be bought close by) and restuarants and any nice parks or greenery. All of these things are only a short cab ride away but nothing much in close walking distance.
