LTVP sponsor unemployed

I am married to Singapore citizen for more than 3 years now and we are based in Melbourne. We have been thinking to relocate to Singapore in next couple of years due to ageing parents and wanting to be close to home. My wife is working here in Australia but we plan for her not to work in Singapore. We don’t need to rely on her income as we will have enough buffer for several months as we plan to sell off everything that we own in Melbourne. How ICA would respond to a situation like mine? Is my wife still be able to sponsor me and kids as she does not plan to work? Thanks a lot.

What is your nationality?
Have you not taken up Singapore Citizenship for the kids? How old are they?

ICA will mostly expect her to work and be economically stable in SG for her to sponsor you for LTVP. Else, you can apply for EP on your own merits?
