Seems like..with the whole world needing ventilators, they are facing production crunch for ventilators? Which other countries are also producing ventilators?

It's not that easy. Ventilators are highly complex pieces of machinery.

Current thinking is turning away from ventilators. They are a last resort, many people are dying on them.

IMHO, next month we will have a world surplus of ventilators.

Off topic: We need anti-body test kits, urgently !

Regarding antibody test kits, I reckon they will be here in a matter of a couple of weeks. Some look promising but some have too much latitude to pinpoint accuracy.
