EP Cancelled how to extend visit pass

ex-HR did call.. MoM mentioned that its not possible to extend, as theres no restriction for foreign employee to leave Singapore. Which is rather weird. She's been trying to apply for my extension everyday though.

Can i walk in to MoM and enquire though?

Hey guys.. am on the same situation now. STVP expires on 3rd July. Ex company has tried extending it on last Monday and Tuesday, but theres a notification pop up mentioning Extension is not allowed. Unsure if its because its not 7 days before expiry or what. Has anyone experienced the same?
I have also been offered a job, and really need to put myself here in Singapore to not complicate the EP process.

Any advice appreciated. Thanks!

Please read fully. I said employee CANT contact and should also not walkin. You must ask the employer to call the MOM helpline and explain the issue in extension of the visa/pass. Else ask them to send an email with the screenshot of the error.

Please read fully. I said employee CANT contact and should also not walkin. You must ask the employer to call the MOM helpline and explain the issue in extension of the visa/pass. Else ask them to send an email with the screenshot of the error.
