Fight Covid-19 first
I am sure we are aware of the recent news that Singapore are trying to table Covid-19 election Bill to make provisions for holding a safe GE during pandemic.
My question is simple:
Shouldn't we focus on easing the current damage done by the COV-19 pandemic?
Or
Should we take this opportunity to ensure we have the right people to tackle the current pandemic?
p/s: I am trying to understand this from a rational point of view. Thanks

IMHO holding the GE now is outright reckless!

Early Elections unless Singaporeans start taking this shit seriously. Social Distancing and STAY AT HOME when you can't. Otherwise you lose the right to make any freaking decisions at all. Witness the crowds at IKEA on the weekend. For what? Meatballs? Freaking dumbarses the whole lot. Oh, need study desk? Use the dining or kitchen table. after all you all eat on the couch half the time anyway and you don't cook at home either. Harsh? Yeah, you damned right! I've been distributing masks since Sunday and I've got to go back down to the RC again tonight and every day till next Saturday. And then they complain cannot get colour? different style, Freaking BS.

I have not been through whatever you've experienced since I am from a different field but I am totally on your side. I could never comprehend what these people are thinking with the current pandemic going on.. Following blindly with the law but never acquired common sense. We are here for you, stay strong.

You are not here for me or anybody else on this board frankly, because you are in Malaysia.

Nah it's fine.. I am good. Maybe he just had a bad day or stressed up with the current pandemic situation or there was a rough patch in his life earlier.
