Extending PMLA

Have PMLA approved in January 2020 and due to this recent Covid-19 i'm not sure when this will end. My fiancee who is a china nationality is not able to enter Singapore for now.

Want to extend PMLA for another year but not sure if ICA will allow for this special incident, has anyone tried this?

Isnt it valid till Dec 2020? In that case, wait for sometime and then approach later. It is too early if the validity is 1 year from Jan 2020.

I've checked with them and they've said to submit a fresh PMLA after expiry next January. I feel its unfair if they reject my next submission which we can't do anything about it because of Covid 19, its not like i do not want to bring my finacee to SG, can't even apply for visit pass now.
