No. Neither are PRs. Only for Singaporean Citizens.

Not been negative, is useless to be frank all these so call short courses. Now a days you can learn online free , given by professors etc. I been to these kind of short courses end of the day nothing is useful.

Well lo, when you ask in class , Sir or lecture is Free online. They will claim , the problem you can search the correct ones with true information?
